Global Thaila offers a 30-day refund/return policy for most products.

However, some products may have different refund periods depending on the supplier.
In such cases, the specific timeline for that product will apply.

We always follow the official return policy provided by our suppliers.


2. Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).

  • You must contact us within the valid refund period for that product.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is:
✔ Damaged
✔ Defective
✔ Incorrect

Please contact us immediately.

We will offer either:

  • A free replacement
    or

  • A full refund, depending on the situation.

Evidence required:
Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital or downloadable products


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the product and supplier requirements.

In some cases:

  • The supplier provides a free return label

  • The customer may be required to ship the item back

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and processed:

  • Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed by our supplier.

If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
Customers may still apply for a return after receiving the item.
