Shipping Policy
At Global Thaila, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within one to five business days. After processing, your order is handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.
The estimated delivery time for the United States is seven to fifteen business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, seasonal demand, customs procedures, or unforeseen carrier delays. During holidays or peak season, some shipments may require a few extra days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take twenty-four to seventy-two hours to appear after the package is dispatched.
We offer free shipping for all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated on the product page. Any delays caused by incorrect address information, refused deliveries, or issues caused by the customer are not the responsibility of Global Thaila.
If your package appears delayed, lost in transit, or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at support@globalthaila.com and we will investigate the matter with our shipping providers.
Some products in our catalog may ship separately due to warehouse availability or packaging requirements. This will not affect your order total or shipping costs.
Our team works closely with our suppliers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. However, certain factors beyond our control—such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays—may occasionally affect the shipment timeline.
